Eleanor Almond Bridal Lingerie Review by Big Cup Little Cup

Saturday Feb 16 2019

We're always incredibly honoured when a bride chooses our lingerie for her special day, and it was so touching to see blogger Sian of Big Cup Little Cup choose the Eleanor Almond set for her wedding.

She's written a beautiful review of her experience with wearing it, and made the great point that even if your dress has a built-in bra or corset, having a special pair of knickers to go with it, that can also match a bra to wear later, means you get to enjoy even more ways to wear your pieces. Plus, every time you wear the set you can look back and think of happy memories!

If you're getting married yourself, or just looking for a beautiful silk lingerie set for a DD+ full cup size, the Eleanor Almond does make a perfect bridal lingerie choice, with the cream silk and ivory lace being still very "wedding" in feel, yet suitable to wear all year round for something just to make you feel lovely.

Head over to her blog to read the full review and see all of the gorgeous photos of her getting ready, photographed by Jemma King Photography.

"Nothing has been overlooked in crafting the Eleanor Almond, from the interior side sling for beautiful support for DD+ sizes to silk covered straps that sit softly on your shoulders. Even the briefs aren’t boring – look at the incredible keyhole detail on the back! This isn’t exactly the easiest of techniques to incorporate into such delicate materials, but it’s done so smoothly and effortlessly in this set. The front of the briefs has panels of mesh on either side which create the illusion of floating eyelash lace, and the back is decorated with a silk bow and pearl that match the gore of the bra. It’s rare to see such care and attention going into a single pair of knickers."
