In these troubling times, our thoughts are of course with all of those affected all over the world. There are so many bigger things to think about than lingerie, but as we adapt to and find new ways to move forward as a business, we wanted to update you with what we’re doing operationally right now.

We are closely monitoring updates to ensure we can adapt rapidly to follow guidance from the government, and will amend our policies here if need be as the situation develops.

The health and safety of the team, and of course all of you, is the most important thing, and if there is any reason we are unable to continue operating in this way, we will either look at alternative arrangements, or temporarily close until a solution is found.

Currently, we are able to operate as normal working from home, whether answering your questions, working on custom designs, or creating new content that will hopefully give you some small distractions to help you recharge during these difficult and upsetting times. 

Our seamstress is operating from a small studio based in her home, so is able to continue sewing made to order pieces and bringing you beautiful creations whilst safely observing social distancing, without any need to travel to a workplace or be in contact with anyone else.

Currently, all orders both for in-stock items and made to order are still able to ship as normal, though delivery times may be slightly slower than usual.

As a small business, your continued custom during these challenging times is truly appreciated, and means a lot to me personally.

Luxury lingerie is a lovely thing to have, but understandably not at the forefront of many people’s minds right now. If you would still like to order something, but prefer to pay in smaller instalments, contact us to arrange a plan depending on which items you’ll be ordering.

Please note this is not a credit system, we will not be able to ship your order until it is paid in full, but it’s a great way to be able to ensure you get your preferred items in your size, or indeed to allow for a larger made to order piece to be getting ready for you without having to pay the full amount upfront.



If you would like to order something, but would prefer not to receive goods right now, we can hold your package safely here until you are ready to receive it. Please add a note at checkout you would like to do this. Our regular returns period will apply from the date in the future you receive your order.



We know it’s an economically unsettling time along with everything else, and there’s plenty of our regular customers and followers who aren’t looking to place orders right now.

If you’d still like to support what we do, it would be so lovely if you might consider writing us a Google review, or an item review on the site! We’ve got so many wonderful reviews on the site itself, but are just starting out with gathering ones directly within Google’s system. These are so helpful with giving an instant snapshot to future customers finding us through Google search, as they pop up straight away.

It’s a great way to support any small businesses right now, without spending – your favourite coffee spot, a neighbourhood restaurant, a brick and mortar clothes store you love visiting that is temporarily closed, anywhere you love! Then once things are slowly getting back to normal, there’s going to be a great bank of reviews to boost all those businesses. If you’ve got a moment, each one is always very appreciated.

We use a combination of courier and postal services to ship to you, and the safety of those workers is also of vital importance to us.

For couriers, when they come to collect from us, they let us know they have arrived, packages are then placed outside the door, and then they pick them up, to ensure we are never within 2m of each other.

For postal services, packages are prepaid and taken to a drop off point, to ensure the same.

Orders are grouped together to limit the amount of journeys needed, so there may be a couple of extra days before your order leaves us. You will receive an email with tracking details once your items are on the way.

Delivery services the world over are experiencing delays due to high demand, so please allow a little longer than usual for your order to reach you.
