We hope that you will be delighted with your Harlow & Fox lingerie, but we’ve made it as easy as possible to exchange sizes or return items, so trying on at home is worry-free. 

Made to order items can be returned the same as any in-stock items, they just take a little longer to ship as we sew that size especially for you. Special-order custom items that are not eligible for return are clearly specified on the product page.

You have 21 days to try your pieces on at home.

All returns and exchanges are free of charge for UK and US customers on full price orders above £350, or $US equivalent.

Our mailing list members are also able to have a courier pickup from the address of their choosing. If you would like to become a member so you can take advantage of this, you can join here.

Orders below £350, outlet and sale orders and international orders outside the US can still be returned no problem, you will just need to post them yourself. 

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please take care when trying garments on, and always try on briefs over your own for hygiene reasons.

All Harlow & Fox lingerie is handwash only. Please see our guide to caring for your lingerie for more information. We are unable to offer refunds for garments damaged by not following these instructions.

Please note we are unable to refund customs or import charges for overseas customers. 

Custom orders, special collections and the Cassiopeia and Serena Ivory robes are made special order and not eligible to be returned or exchanged. This will always be noted on the product page.

Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please obtain proof of postage, and use a tracked/insured service as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. 

For international orders, ensure any customs forms given to you by your local post office are completed, and the package is clearly marked as "returned goods".

UK AND US ORDERS OVER £350 - 

Please contact us with your order number, which items you are sending back, the sizes you would like to exchange for if required, and if you are a member requiring courier pickup, the chosen weekday for collection. We will then email you a pre-paid return shipping label within one business day, and any customs forms necessary for international items. 

Choosing the right size exchange for bras

If you are unsure which size you would like to exchange for, our sizing guide may help, or if you would prefer to contact us we would be happy to advise you. We’ve outlined some common bra size exchange options below to make sure you switch for the perfect one for you.

When choosing your exchange size, don’t forget that both the cup and the band can change because of the “cross grading” system of sizing for bras - check the common scenarios below to make sure you choose the correct new size. 

To go up one band size, but keep the cup the same

You will need to down a cup letter to keep the same cup volume. For example, a 34E will exchange for a 36DD NOT a 36E. The 36E will be going up both one band size, and one cup size.

To go down one band size, but keep the cup the same

You will need to go up a cup letter to keep the same volume. For example a 34E will exchange for a 32F, NOT a 32E. The 32E will be going down both one band size, and one cup size.

To go up one cup size, but keep the band the same

Go up one letter but keep the band the same. For example a 34E will exchange for a 34F. As we use UK sizing, we also include FF cup sizes – so they will run DD, E, F, FF, G cup.

To go down one cup size, but keep the band the same

Go down one letter but keep the band the same. For example a 34E will exchange for a 34DD. As we use UK sizing, we also include FF cup sizes – so they will run DD, E, F, FF, G cup.

To go up one band size AND one cup size

Go up in the band, but keep the letter the same. For example, a 34E will exchange for a 36E, NOT a 34F, which would be going up one band size but also TWO cup sizes.

To go down one band size AND one cup size

Go down in the band, but keep the letter the same. For example, a 34E will exchange for a 32E, NOT a 32DD, which would be going down one band size but also TWO cup sizes.
