If you want to combine shipping costs on multiple orders, please email us straight away with your order numbers and we will refund any duplicate shipping charges and pack them together.

Free shipping or free returns do not apply. Returns are still accepted, but within 14 days instead of our usual 21, and the cost of return postage must be covered by you. Robes listed as one size are made to order for you and are non returnable, please add your size in the notes at checkout.

For US orders, current tariff and duty rates are included in all product prices, there is nothing further for you to pay on arrival. In line with our regular returns policy, duties and taxes on returns are not refundable.

Payment is card only (not Paypal).
